Quick note: Visa payments are processed via certified payment providers. 3D Secure (Visa Secure/SCA) may be required. We do not store full card numbers. Authorization/charging and any fees are shown at checkout.
Acceptance & requirements
▶ Which cards are accepted?
We accept Visa credit and debit cards where selectable at checkout. Availability may vary by country and issuing bank.
▶ 3D Secure (Visa Secure) / SCA
For fraud prevention and regulatory reasons, a two-factor challenge (e.g., app approval, code or biometrics) may be required. Please have your phone/banking app ready.
▶ Settlement & currency
Charges are generally in EUR. If your card uses another currency, your issuer may apply FX and international fees.
Authorization, charging & preauthorization
▶ When is my card charged?
Depending on the flow/item we first place an authorization at checkout. The actual charge usually occurs on dispatch or as stated at checkout.
▶ Preauthorization/hold
Your bank may show a pending hold. If the order is cancelled or adjusted, releasing the hold may take several business days (issuer-dependent).
▶ Receipts & invoice
You will receive order and shipping confirmations by email. The invoice is provided in your account/in the parcel or digitally.
Cancellations & refunds
▶ How are refunds issued?
Refunds go back to the original Visa card. The credit typically appears within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our right of withdrawal.
▶ Partial refunds / adjustments
Partial returns or discounts are refunded proportionally to the same card.
Declines & errors
▶ Common reasons
- Incomplete 3D Secure challenge
- Expired/invalid card or wrong CVC
- Limit reached or insufficient funds
- Issuer security/country blocks
- Incomplete billing details/address
Tip: Check details, retry and, if needed, ask your bank to approve the transaction.

Security & data protection
▶ How are card details protected?
Processing is handled by certified payment providers (TLS/encrypted). We do not store full card numbers; we receive only the tokens/references required to book your payment.
▶ Save card for future orders?
Available only if offered at checkout and explicitly authorized by you. Manage saved cards in your account.
Alternatives & combinations
▶ Other payment options
Besides Visa, other options may be available (e.g., Mastercard, bank transfer/prepayment, cash on delivery, cash payment). Availability appears at checkout.
