Terms of Use

1) Approval purchase

You purchase on approval: you may return delivered goods within 14 days without giving reasons. The contract becomes binding after you approve the goods upon receipt (approval is deemed if you neither notify us within 14 days nor return the goods). Your statutory right of withdrawal remains available as described below.

2) Right of withdrawal

Right: You may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days. The period starts once you or a third party other than the carrier take possession of the last item; it does not start before your approval has made the contract binding.

Effects: We will reimburse all payments including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery you chose) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them back.

Return & costs: Send back the goods within fourteen days after notifying us. You bear the return costs. Appraisal and original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3) Exclusion/expiry of withdrawal

No withdrawal right e.g. for custom-made or clearly personalised goods; it expires early for sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.

4) Delivery

Delivery times for customised items depend on workload/season. Delays due to force majeure may occur. Sales only in household quantities.

5) Warranty

Your statutory rights apply within the legal periods (remedy/replacement; where applicable reduction/withdrawal and damages). Please report obvious defects (incl. transport damage) as soon as possible.

6) Weapons law

Items subject to licence are supplied only upon presentation of legally required documents. Non-licence items (e.g., salute weapons, air guns up to 7.5 J, single-shot black-powder guns, daggers, sabres, bayonets) only to persons aged 18+.

7) Prices

All prices on dg.de are in euros including VAT.

8) Shipping costs

9) Payment methods

Depending on credit assessment, certain payment methods may be offered; no cash discount. Options include cash on pickup, bank transfer in advance, cash on delivery (with carrier fee), and further methods such as PayPal as shown at checkout.

10) Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

11) Electronic communication

Contract-related communication may take place electronically.

12) External links

No responsibility for external content; operators of linked pages are solely responsible.

13) Image rights

All image rights belong to D G D E  G m b H or partners. Use requires prior consent.

14) Contract language / order text

Contract language is German. We do not permanently store the order text; you can print your data immediately after submitting the order.

15) Secs. 86, 86a German Criminal Code

Historical items—especially those from the Nazi era—are offered solely for civic education, prevention of unconstitutional activities, research and reporting. Any propaganda use is prohibited. Bladed weapons are only sold to persons aged 18+.
