SS Dagger [Early Model] with Exclamation Point Motto by Jacobs & Co. Solingen-Gräfrath

SS [Schutzstaffel] Dagger in early Version. Modell 1933 with Exclamation Point Motto. The dagger is in EXC++ condition throughout. This early SS Dagger is with the Maker Jacobs & Co. Solingen-Gräfrath.

Grip: This grip shows no repairs, and fits the crossguards. This early dagger is equipped with nickel crossguards and tang nut. These guards are in good shape.

Blade: The blade of this example is still in Near Mint condition. The motto Meine Ehre heißt Treue ! «My honor is loyalty !». The reverse ricasso of the blade is with the the firm's name and location, “Jacobs & Co. Solingen-Gräfrath”. The blade shoulders perfectly meet the lower crossguard contour.

Scabbard: The scabbard shell is also an nice example; it is straight as an arrow, with original “anodized” finish. The matching nickel mounts are in fine condition. The mounts are retained by four nickel screws.
