Track my order – how it works
Quick note: The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation. It activates once the carrier scans the parcel (a short delay can occur).
Where do I find my tracking?
▶ Shipping confirmation
You’ll receive the link and/or tracking number via email. Please also check your spam folder.
▶ Split shipments
Multiple parcels mean multiple tracking numbers. We send separate links for each parcel.
▶ Before dispatch
Prior to handover you may see statuses like “order confirmed”, “preparing” or “label created”—no scans yet.
Make the most of tracking
▶ Carrier portal
Depending on the service you can enable notifications, request a redirection to a pickup point/locker, or set delivery options.
▶ International & customs
Outside the EU, the carrier may collect import charges. See Customs & import duties.
No updates or delayed?
▶ Common reasons
- First scan pending (late pickup/weekend).
- Hub transfer/scan gap — 1–2 days without updates can happen.
- Weather, seasonal peaks, customs inspection.
Status usually refreshes automatically on the next scan.
▶ What can I do?
- Check again the next day.
- Read carrier portal notes (e.g., pickup location).
- If unsure: contact page — we’ll check with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received?
▶ Immediate steps
- Check neighbors/building management/pickup point.
- Review delivery photo/location in tracking.
- Inform us via the contact page — we’ll start an investigation.
