Change delivery address – what’s possible
Important: We process orders quickly. Before dispatch, address corrections are usually possible; after dispatch, options depend on the carrier (e.g., redirection to a pickup point).
Before dispatch
▶ Correct the shipping address
Please reach us via the contact page or by phone/WhatsApp. Send your complete correct address block (name, street, number, ZIP/postcode, city, country).
▶ Country change or major edits
For a country change or major edits, a cancellation & new order may be the cleanest route (tax/shipping changes apply).
After dispatch
▶ Redirection & delivery options
In the carrier’s tracking portal you may request redirection to a pickup point/locker, neighbor delivery or leave authorization, depending on service.
▶ Full address change
A full address change after dispatch is rarely possible. We’re happy to check options with the carrier for you.
Restrictions & security
▶ PO boxes, remote areas, ID checks
PO boxes and some military addresses are often excluded. Remote areas may have surcharges/longer transit. Legally restricted items may require an age/ID check.
▶ Fraud prevention
For unusual address changes we may request additional verification or ship to the original address.
