SS [Schutzstaffel] Dagger in early Version. Modell 1933. The dagger is in EXC condition throughout. This early SS Dagger is with the Maker Robert Klaas Solingen.

Grip: This grip fits the crossguards. This early dagger is equipped with nickel crossguards and tang nut. These guards are in good shape. The lower reverse guard is with "III" [Berlin] stamped.

Blade: The blade of this example is in uncleaned condition. The motto Meine Ehre heißt Treue «My honor is loyalty». The reverse ricasso of the blade is matching-etched with the circular design formed by the firm's name and location, “Robert Klass Solingen”. In the center is a pair of stylized kissing cranes. The blade shoulders perfectly meet the lower crossguard contour.

Scabbard: The scabbard shell is also an outstanding example; it is straight as an arrow with original “anodized” finish. The matching nickel mounts are in fine condition. The mounts are retained by four original nickel screws.
