German Paratrooper Gravity Knife (5. Fallschirm Pi. Batl. Tangermünde)

This Luftwaffe Gravity Knife has very fine nickeled mounts throughout which are all in near mint condition with good strong springs. The marlin spike appears to have its original tip and it has a waffen amt in the corner featuring a stickbird with the number 5 in his belly, knife is numbered #635 The grip plates are a fine grained walnut both of which are in good condition. A very fine example here with good strong springs. Handle plate labeled (5th Parachute Pi. Batl. Tangermünde).
