Hirschfänger of the German Hunting Association with stag horn grip and three-sided etched blade, manufactured by E. & F. Hörster Solingen. The front side of the blade bears the dedication “Zum 50. Geburtstag vom Offiziers-Corps”. The reverse side carries the maker marking “E. & F. Hörster Solingen”.
Grip: The grip is made of stag horn and corresponds to the typical form of a Hirschfänger. The natural structure of the stag horn is visible. The grip section shows age- and use-related traces.
