This Army Officer's Dagger is in EXC+ condition with Hangers and Portepee. Model 1935. The total length is 40.0 cm. The Dagger has the maker mark on the blade: Emil Voos Solingen.

Grip: The grip of this dagger is a orange color and remains in perfect condition. The pommel shows some age. The eagle has quite a bit of frosting clinging to the recessed areas as well as the upper arms of the guards. The crossguard is with inscription: LTN. EYHOFF TRIER 1940.

Blade: The blade is a MINT example. It is completely bright and retains 100% cross grain with needle-like tip. The reverse ricasso of the blade is etched with the circular design formed by the firm's name and location, “Emil Voos Solingen”.

Scabbard: The scabbard is straight as an arrow. It retains its crisp pebbled panel design. The bands are very fine with each overlapping oak leaf reflecting hand-enhancing. The thick-style throat is retained by a single screw.
