Can I pick up my items?

1. Get in touch: Send a request via the contact page.
2. Provide details: Item number/order number, preferred date/time window, your name and phone number.
3. Receive confirmation: We confirm the appointment, location and any access/ID notes.
4. Pickup: Bring a photo ID; authorized persons need a letter of authorization and a copy of the purchaser’s ID.

Viewing of selected pieces is possible by appointment. Always quote the item number so we can allocate it to the pickup location. Walk-ins are not possible.

Cash is generally possible. Other options (e.g., card) depend on the location and availability and will be stated in the confirmation. Alternatively, you can prepay by bank transfer/prepayment.

You will receive a receipt on handover. The invoice is provided digitally or enclosed with the goods.

Confirmed appointments count as a reservation for the item. If you cannot make it, please let us know so we can reschedule.

If an appointment is missed without notice, we may release the reservation and relist the item. Any payments are refunded according to our terms.

For a secure handover, an ID check (government photo ID) and—where legally required—an age check may be performed.

Authorized persons can collect with a written authorization and IDs (authorizer + collector). Please inform us when arranging the appointment.

The exact pickup location will be provided in your appointment confirmation. Note: Our office address is not a storage site; no spontaneous pickups.
