Medium brown, fruit-wood grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips and are retained by three MINT nickel screws with countersunk taps. Polished center-ridge, double-edged, stiletto-style blade grades Near MINT showing only faint runner marks, but no graying, speckling or nicks to cutting edges. Obverse ricasso is stamped with the serial number, #17686. Dent-free bayonet-style scabbard retains approximately 99% of the original black enamel with minor rug marks to the obverse shell and wear to the under edges of the angular scabbard tip. The dagger is complete with, permanently-attached, short black leather hanger with nickel clip. Scarce, quality Swiss Army dagger.
