This Army Officer's Dagger is in EXC+ condition. Model 1935. The total length is 40.0 cm. The Dagger has the maker mark on the blade: Carl Eickhorn Solingen.

Grip: The grip of this dagger is a orange color and remains in nice condition with small damage. The pommel shows minor traces of carrying time on the upper end. The 12 standing oak leaves are in excellent condition, all having hand enhancement. The ferrule and crossguard eagle are the 1st Style. It shows virtually no wear and retains full, crisp detailing throughout.

Blade: The blade is also a fine example. It is with dedication Unserm Kameraden H. Roeckner (Our comrade H. Roeckner). This remarkable exc++ blade is etched on the reverse with the trademark having the firm's initials and location, “Carl Eickhorn Solingen”. The original small leather blade washer is in place.

Scabbard: The scabbard is straight as an arrow. It retains its crisp pebbled panel design. There are frosted remains in the protected areas around the carrying bands. The bands are very fine with each overlapping oak leaf reflecting hand-enhancing.
