1) Shipping methods & transit times

• Germany: Standard parcel – usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• EU: Standard parcel – typically 3–7 business days.
• Non-EU Europe & Worldwide: generally 7–21 business days (customs clearance may extend transit time).

2) Shipping rates

3) Packaging & insurance

• Secure, impact-resistant packaging; fragile items receive additional cushioning.
• Insured shipping up to the carrier’s standard coverage; higher insurance on request (contact us).
• Where possible we use eco-friendly fillers and reused cartons.

4) Tracking

After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can manage delivery dates and drop-off options directly with the carrier via the tracking portal.

5) International deliveries & customs

• Outside the EU, duties/taxes may apply (payable by the recipient).
• We provide correct customs documentation (CN22/CN23); clearance times may extend transit.
• Please check destination-country import rules for collectibles/antiques before ordering.

6) Part shipments

If not all items are available at the same time, we can ship partial orders after consultation or wait for a complete shipment (no extra cost for standard shipping).

7) Damage in transit

Please report any visible damage immediately to the carrier and document it with photos (parcel & contents). Then contact us; keep packaging and filler material until the issue is resolved.
