I need to return a product

For returns you should always follow the 4 steps mentioned below.

For returns, you must always perform the following 4 steps. During this time you can return your unused, undamaged and complete package in the original package. The goods have to be in our possession 14 days after shipping the goods. The shipping cost for returning the goods are for the customer. We reserve the right, in case of damage caused by you to the goods, any costs to charge. If the articles are not delivered because: you're not at home, wrong adress or refusing of the goods, the costs shall be payed by the customer.

Reduced goods are excluded from the exchange!

Returns must always be returned on the day of report. Questions about your order/refund/not received must be made within 14 days after the date of order by email: info@dg.de + quoting your invoice number.

Return - Follow the next 4 steps:

During this time you can return your unused, undamaged and complete package in the original package. The goods have to be in our possession 14 days after shipping the goods.

At the day of return, e-mail your Ordernumber to; info@dg.de

E-Mail also Name, City and Bankaccount.

Print your invoice.

Put this in an envelope, and attach it tight to the box. Also write down the ordernumber on top of the envelope.

We´ll send the money back to you asap, at the latest 1 Month after receiving the goods.
