Bank Transfer / Prepayment – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Quick note: Please transfer only after checkout and use the bank details in your order confirmation exclusively. We dispatch after receipt of funds. Banking lead times apply (SEPA ~1–2, international ~2–5 business days).
How to pay by bank transfer
▶ Which details should I use?
Use the account details and payment reference (order number) from your order confirmation. This ensures your payment is matched correctly.
▶ When will you ship?
We monitor incoming payments continuously. Once booked, your order moves to dispatch preparation. Bank processing times (and weekends/holidays) may affect timing.
▶ Can I send a transfer slip?
Optional: you may share a slip via the contact page. We still ship only after cleared receipt.
Deadlines, reservation & payment reference
▶ Prepayment deadline
Please pay within the deadline stated in your order confirmation. Without timely receipt, the order may be released automatically.
▶ Will you reserve until funds arrive?
Yes, for a limited period per the deadline. A deposit or extension may be arranged individually if needed.
▶ Correct reference
Please include your order number as the reference. Missing/incorrect references can delay allocation.
SEPA & international transfers
▶ SEPA (EU/EEA/CH)
SEPA EUR transfers are typically fast (about 1–2 business days). Use the IBAN and BIC shown in your order confirmation (if required).
▶ International (SWIFT)
Outside SEPA, fees and longer processing apply (typically 2–5 business days). If your bank asks, choose the fees option that ensures the full invoice amount reaches us.
▶ Currency & conversion
Invoices are in EUR. For other currencies your bank converts; any FX/bank fees are borne by the sender.
Cancellations & refunds
▶ Cancel an order
Possible before dispatch — please contact us via the contact page. Amounts already paid are refunded to the original account.
▶ Refunds after returns
Processed after goods are received and checked, back to the original payment method (bank transfer). Bank processing may take a few business days. See our right of withdrawal.
