As soon as possible during office hours. If volume is high, it might take a little longer — we’ll get back to you in any case.

▶ How do I send photos for an assessment?
You can attach images via the contact page. Helpful: front/back, maker marks/numbers, close-ups.
▶ Which formats work best?
Prefer JPG/PNG/PDF. Ensure good focus; several medium images are better than a single huge one.

Yes, by appointment. For security reasons items are not stored at the office address. Please provide the item number (or product link) in advance so we can prepare it for your visit.
▶ Can I drop in spontaneously?
Please don’t visit without an appointment. We’ll send travel/parking info with your confirmation.
