Olympic bell as a money box - Olympic Games 1936 Berlin by Selb

Fine white glazed porcelain bell used as a money box. "Selb, Bayerische Ostmark" maker marked and "Heinrich & Co." marked. This fantastic item is a correct replica of the Olympic Bell at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin where the 11th Olympic Summer Games took place in 1936. Along the bottom it says: 11. Olympische Spiele Berlin (11th Olympic Games Berlin) and the date 1 -16 August 1936, also the Brandenburg Gate and an eagle holding the Olympic Rings. The total height is about 4 inches, the lower diameter is 4 inches. The bell is a money-box with the original lock and rare key. It was made by the Porcelain company in Selb, known for high quality porcelain and china in Germany then and now.
