Chilean bayonet M1895
Well-preserved Chilean bayonet Model 1895 in fully matching condition. Both the crossguard (No. 505) and the steel scabbard carry the same number. An authentic, completely matching example.
Mechanism: The bayonet release button functions perfectly, without sticking or play. All locking parts are complete and original.
Blade: Single-edged steel blade with a longitudinal fuller (groove). Well preserved and free of major damage. The surface shows a consistent, age-appropriate patina.
Grip: Two wooden grip plates, securely riveted and well preserved, with an attractive patina. The grips fit cleanly against the metal components.
Steel scabbard: Original scabbard with the matching serial number 505. The surface shows light wear, but overall remains in a consistent and appealing condition.
