Start a return
▶ Steps
- Reach us via the contact page (optionally helpful: order number, item link, short reason).
- We’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Pack securely and drop off — keep the tracking number.
▶ Exchange
If available, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Tell us your desired item/variant.
Timelines & condition
▶ Withdrawal period
Please observe the period set out in the Right of Withdrawal. Differences/exceptions may apply per our Terms.
▶ Item condition
Return items in their original condition with all accessories where possible. Please avoid self-repairs/modifications.
Packing & drop-off
▶ Safe packing
Use protective outer packaging; if possible, the original packaging. Include paperwork inside.
▶ Tracking
Please record and keep the tracking number until the return is closed.
Costs & refund
▶ Who pays return shipping?
This depends on reason and country as set out in our Right of Withdrawal and Terms. If we made an error or the item is faulty, we will of course take care of it.
▶ When will I be refunded?
After receipt and inspection we refund via the original payment method. Posting by your bank/provider can take a few days.
International returns
