How the payment works

Quote & exchange rate

Our prices are in EUR. For RUB payments we provide the RUB amount due based on an agreed reference rate at the time of invoicing. The quote is time-limited.

Payment & proof

Transfer the agreed RUB amount to the provided Sberbank beneficiary details. Then upload your payment slip (screenshot/export) via the contact page.

Booking & dispatch

We dispatch after receipt of funds and successful compliance checks. Bank and cross-border processing may affect timing.

Fees, FX & shortfalls

Who pays fees?

If your bank requires a fee option, choose one ensuring the full invoice amount is credited to us. Sender bears bank/intermediary fees.

Rate differences & adjustments

If FX/fee differences cause an under/overpayment, we’ll inform you. A balance adjustment will be arranged accordingly.

Limits, due diligence & sanctions

AML/KYC & documents

Depending on amount and risk we require ID verification and additional documentation. We’ll advise you of the exact scope in advance.

Legal framework
