Methods & delivery times
▶ Which services are available?
Available carriers (standard/express, international) are shown at checkout depending on destination, weight and order value. See also /en/shipping_delivery.
▶ How long does delivery take?
Transit times depend on service, destination and season. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Please note: these are carrier estimates.
▶ International shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Possible duties/taxes are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise. See “Customs & import”.
Shipping prices & calculation
▶ Where can I see the price?
The exact shipping prices are shown below this text by our CMS and calculated definitively at checkout.
▶ Combined shipping
Multiple items in one order are shipped together whenever possible. The fee depends on total weight, volume and destination.
Tracking, addresses & changes
▶ Tracking
After handover to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking email/link. Updates may appear with a short delay until the first scan.
▶ Change delivery address
Before dispatch: contact us via the contact page with your order number. After dispatch: changes are carrier-dependent (e.g., redirect to pickup point).
▶ Delivery options (leave at door, neighbor, pickup shop)
Depending on the service, the carrier’s tracking portal may offer options like leave authorization, neighbor delivery or pickup shop.
Packing, insurance & discretion
▶ How do you pack?
We use robust packaging appropriate to the item (padding, double-boxing where needed). Sensitive and unique pieces receive additional protection.
▶ Insurance
Parcels are insured up to at least the item value (service-dependent). High-value pieces may include additional security measures.
▶ Discreet packaging
We ship in neutral, discreet packaging that does not reveal the contents.
Delivery issues, damage & loss
▶ Parcel arrived damaged
Please have the damage noted by the courier immediately and take photos (outer/inner/packing). Then contact us via the contact page. We will handle the claim.
▶ Stuck tracking / lost parcel
If tracking does not update for an unusual time, let us know. We will initiate a trace/investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
▶ Undeliverable / return to sender
Undeliverable parcels are returned to us. After receipt we refund the item price minus incurred shipping/return costs per our terms, or reship upon request (new shipping fee).
Customs, import & legal notes
▶ Duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties/taxes may apply and are usually payable by the recipient. Clearance is typically handled by the carrier.
▶ Age/ID checks
For legally restricted items, the carrier may perform an age or ID check. Please have a government photo ID ready.
Unique items & alternatives
▶ Special handling
For exclusive or fragile items we may arrange special shipping or a timed handover (e.g., express/appointment). Feel free to ask in advance.
▶ Pickup instead of shipping
