Return Policy

1) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

2) Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

3) Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from a choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

4) Returning the Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.

Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Value compensation: You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5) Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, inter alia, to contracts for:

• goods not prefabricated and made to your specifications or clearly personalized,
• sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,
• audio/video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery,
• newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts).

Legal bases include: Sec. 312g BGB, Art. 246a EGBGB, Sec. 357 BGB.
