Parcel arrived – what matters now
Quick note: Note visible damage immediately, take photos and keep all packaging until everything is checked. If anything is off, reach us via the contact page — we’ll take it from there.
At delivery
▶ Visual check & receipt
- Check for tears, dents, moisture on the parcel.
- Have damage recorded by the courier and take photos.
- Legally restricted items may require an age/ID check.
▶ Not at home / pickup
If you missed delivery, the parcel may be at a pickup shop or with a neighbor. Bring your ID to collect; storage time is shown in tracking.
After delivery
▶ Unboxing & documentation
- Open carefully; ideally record a short video/photos.
- Match contents with your order; keep inserts/receipts.
- Do not discard packaging until checks are complete.
▶ Missing/wrong items
Please contact us promptly via the contact page with your order number, a brief description and photos where helpful. We’ll fix it quickly.
Damage & claims
▶ Parcel/item damaged
- Document immediately (outer/inner/item).
- Check the courier damage note or the tracking portal.
- Report via the contact page; we’ll handle the carrier claim.

International: Duties at delivery
