Change a return/exchange – here’s how
Quick note: Changes are easiest before you use the return label or drop off the parcel. Reach us via the contact page and we’ll adjust it for you.
Before you drop off the parcel
▶ Cancel the return
Changed your mind and want to keep it? Tell us and we’ll cancel the return and deactivate the label (if created).
▶ Adjust items
You can add or remove items from the return. We’ll update the instructions accordingly.
▶ Exchange instead of refund
If available, we can arrange an exchange. Please specify the desired item/variant.
After drop-off / in transit
▶ Can I still change anything?
Once in transit, options are limited. Contact us anyway—we’ll check for intercepts or an alternative solution.
▶ Sent the wrong/damaged item
Please tell us right away. Add a short photo and your return tracking number.
Labels, address & packaging
▶ Need a new label?
Lost/expired label? We can issue a new label or send the correct return address.
▶ Safe packaging
Please use protective packaging and—if possible—the original packaging. Include paperwork in the box.
Refunds & processing
▶ When will I be refunded?
After inspection we refund via the original payment method. Your bank/provider may take a few days to post it.
