Change my order – how it works
Important: We process orders very quickly. Once packing/dispatch prep starts, changes are usually no longer possible. For urgent cases, please call or message us on WhatsApp.
Before dispatch
▶ Update delivery address
Please use the contact page or call/WhatsApp. Provide your full correct address and the requested change.
▶ Change shipping method
Upgrading (e.g., to express) is often possible before dispatch. We’ll confirm any extra charges first.
▶ Add/remove items
As long as packing hasn’t started, we can adjust items. For additions we’ll check availability; shipping costs may change.
▶ Merge multiple orders
If placed close in time, we can combine orders and adjust shipping/settlement accordingly.
▶ Cancel the order
Cancellation is possible until handover to the carrier. Any payment is refunded according to the payment method.
After dispatch
▶ Address change & redirection
After dispatch, changes are carrier-dependent (e.g., redirect to a pickup point). Check your tracking link and contact us if needed.
▶ Delivery options
Depending on the service, options like leave authorization, neighbor delivery or pickup shop can be set in the carrier portal.
▶ Refuse delivery / return to sender
If the parcel is not accepted, it returns to us. After receipt we refund the item value minus shipping/return costs per our terms. Reshipping is possible (new shipping fee).
