Ordering

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes future orders and viewing your history easier.

I placed an order — did I get an order confirmation?

After checkout we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we’re happy to help with changes or cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page (include your order number).

Can you combine multiple orders?

If orders arrive close together and haven’t been packed yet, we’ll try to combine them. Please reach out promptly via the contact page.

Which payment methods are available?

Available methods are shown at checkout, depending on your country, basket and system availability.

When is my payment captured?

Depending on the method either at purchase or on dispatch. Exact details appear during checkout and in your confirmation.

Are there any fees?

Any fees or discounts are shown transparently before you place the order.

Do I get tracking?

Yes. After handover to the carrier you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Partial or combined shipments?

If items have different availability, we can arrange partial shipments or ship all together after a short check with you.

Order status & documents

Where can I see my order status?

We inform you via email about status updates (e.g. “processing”, “shipped”). With an account you can also check “My Account”.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. We provide an electronic invoice via email; a printed copy can be enclosed on request.

Returns & refunds

How do I return items?

When will I get my refund?

We use sturdy, padded packaging; fragile parts are additionally protected. Where possible we use sustainable materials.
