Scabbard for Army Officer’s Dagger

Original scabbard for an Army officer dagger, model 1935. The scabbard consists of a separate throat piece and two scabbard bands decorated with oak-leaf motifs, each fitted with two loose carry rings (both rings are fully closed). The body is drawn from a single piece of sheet steel and features a grained/textured surface on both front and back. The tip is rounded and not dented. The throat is separately fitted and secured by a single screw on the reverse.
