Original grip assembly for an Army officer dagger, model 1935, consisting of grip, grip ring and pommel. The grip is of the round pattern and features double-twisted fluting. The flutes are convex (outwardly rounded). The material shows the characteristic orange-toned hue, typically seen on late examples.

Pommel: Decorated with 12 oak-leaf panels all around. Grip ring: Decorated with 6 oak-leaf panels all around.
