Historically significant World War I group (lot) of medals and documents, consisting of decorations, ribbons, military papers and contemporary pictorial material. The group combines original items from World War I with later commemorative awards.

Contents of the lot:
– Prussian Iron Cross 1914, 2nd Class, blackened iron core, on ribbon, maker S-W (Sy & Wagner, Berlin) marked in ring
– Ribbon for Iron Cross 2nd Class 1939, approx. 27 mm wide, 150 mm long
– Ribbon bar Iron Cross 2nd Class 1939
– Honor Cross for War Participants 1914–1918, maker O&B on reverse
– Original ribbon for the Honor Cross 1914–1918, near mint
– Swords device for ribbon bar with two prongs
– Postcard / field postcard, World War I propaganda motif
– World War I military pass and additional documents

Condition: Age- and service-related wear present. Overall a coherent and authentic group with strong historical and collector appeal.
