Payment methods & processing
▶ Which payment methods are available?
The options shown during checkout apply (e.g., cards, wallets, bank transfer/prepayment, depending on availability). Choose your preferred method there; all prices are in EUR.
▶ When will I be charged?
Depending on the provider, either immediately upon order completion or on confirmation/shipping. Exact details are displayed in the provider’s payment dialog.
▶ Currency & conversion
All charges are in Euro (EUR). Your issuer may apply foreign exchange fees for non-EUR funding sources.
Security & privacy
▶ How are payments secured?
Transmission via TLS/SSL. Strong customer authentication (e.g., 3-D Secure) may apply. Card data is handled by the payment provider; we do not have access to full PANs.
▶ Fraud prevention
Orders undergo automated and manual checks. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out via the contact page or by phone.
Invoice & tax details
▶ Do I receive an invoice?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital invoice with the order confirmation/shipping info or in your account. Tax details follow legal requirements.
▶ Business orders
Please provide the required details during checkout. For questions, use the contact page.
Refunds
▶ How and when will I get a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banking/provider processing can take a few business days depending on the method.
▶ Partial refunds & cancellations
Partial amounts are possible (e.g., for partial returns). For cancellations before shipping, we refund via the original method.
Bank transfer / prepayment (if offered at checkout)
▶ How does bank transfer work?
Please transfer only after completing checkout and use the payment details from your order confirmation. Dispatch follows receipt of funds. Mind banking lead times (esp. international).
▶ Deadlines & reservation
If a payment deadline is stated, please adhere to it. Without timely receipt, the order may be released automatically.
