SS Dagger M1939. RZM M7/80 (Gustav C. Spitzer, Solingen), RZM 1197/39 SS. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina with no distribution center marking on the reverse lower fitting. The black ebony grip shows light surface wear only with no nicks, chips or hairline cracks and early quality grip-to-crossguard fit. Polished blade grades showing minor surface wear/runner marks and light gray shadowing, but no nicks to cutting edge, not damage to the blade tip. Deeply etched motto shows minor wear to the light gray background frosting. Dent-free nickel-plated scabbard fittings show minor wear, with no lifting or peeling and with no damage to the lower ball. Nice SS combination.
