SS Dagger [Early Model] with Hanger by SS 120/34 RZM

SS [Schutzstaffel] Dagger in early Version. Modell 1933. The dagger is in near mint condition throughout. This early SS Dagger is with the RZM Makercode RZM 120/34 SS. SS Dagger is together with vertical hanger.

Grip: This grip fits the crossguards and shows no repairs. The grip eagle is the early, “High Necked” variety. All the details are visible throughout the bird's feathering, talons, wreath, and mobile swastika. This early dagger is equipped with nickel crossguards and tang nut. The guards are still in very good condition, showing an average amount of wear from use. The lower reverse guard is stamped with "I" [Munich].

Blade: The blade of this example is still in fairly nice condition, with just the slightest amount of gray in the surfaces. The motto Meine Ehre heißt Treue «My honor is loyalty». The reverse ricasso of the blade is with RZM Code SS 120/34 RZM.

Scabbard: The scabbard shell is also an outstanding example; it is straight as an arrow and retains 100% of the original “anodized” finish. The matching nickel mounts are in fine condition. The lower ball bears some signs of wear. The mounts are retained by four original nickel screws.

Hanger: The original-to-the-piece vertical hanger remains in really great condition. All of the leather is still supple to include the scabbard retainer strap and the strap with the buckle and hasp, Hanger is with code SS 48/34 RZM.
